Before starting your online booking process, please take the time to read the below information.
- Bookings can be completed online up to 3 days prior to the ceremony.
- At completion of booking you will receive a booking reference number by email and/or SMS text. Please bring this number with you to collect your gown.
- Armstrong & Oxford will be open 2 hours prior to your cermony time. Please allow enough time to be dressed and seated for your ceremony.
- If our online booking system is closed, you may order and pay for your gown on the day of your graduation.
- If paying on the day of the ceremony, please make your way to the allocated collection area where one of our staff will look after your gown requirments.
- Payment on the day must be made in cash,cheque or postal order.
- Please have cheques/postal orders made out to Armstrong and Oxford before you reach the booking desk.
- All gowns must be paid for in full on collection.
- An additional charge will apply if you wish to keep your gown beyond the returns time. Please speak to a member of staff on the day to arrange this.
