My gown didn’t arrive before my graduation. It was delivered to the wrong address and I have yet to receive it.

I did not receive my robe during my graduation day. Two days have passed and have still not received it either. Prior to my graduation day I called and emailed regarding the whereabouts of my robe and was not given any help. The staff basically told me to go look for it myself and I found it very unhelpful and rude. Ruined my graduation and very displeased with the customer service.
Ordered gown late and was warned that Armstrong & Oxford couldn’t guarantee it would arrive on time - luckily the gown arrived just 3 days following my order being placed. Top quality service
I ordered my cap and gown on the 9th November for my graduation on 26th November and my cap and gown was only dispatched 5 days before the ceremony after I had to follow up with the team. I was told there was a high chance I wouldn’t get it on the day despite me ordering it early. I was so upset and disappointed. It did arrive by the skin of my teeth the morning of my graduation but the stress and worry was not necessary as I ordered it with plenty of time. I wasn’t given an explanation as to why my order wasn’t dispatched until after I had to follow up on the delivery. Thankfully it did arrive but I was still un satisfied.
While my robes arrived on time in the end it was a highly stressful experience as staff in this company had said they didn't expect them to Arrive on time and tracking suggested the same. They did however and I was delighted but up until this point it had been a very tense few days of calls and an email (which I never received a response to) and mixed customer service from your team.

Took a week to be posted and therefore didn't arrive in time. So slow to respond to emails and never answer the phone
I have not received my Robe. I’ve emailed and called and nobody is picking up my call. It’s been 6 working days, and most my friends have already received theirs and have posted pics, and I haven’t even taken any. Worse experience ever for my graduation.
poor customer service and communication. received my gown 2 days after the graduation despite being assured i would receive it on time. this not only happened to me but other colleagues who as of 2 days after graduation do not have their robes

I had nothing but issues, gown wasn’t posted out I had to go pick it up, the staff member I interacted with was so so rude and the hat didn’t fit, I sent an email saying how upset I was and didn’t even get a response. Ultimately I feel my graduation day was completely ruined
