The Right Time To Book: Bookings open approximately two months before your ceremony date and close around five days before graduation. Schedule Changes: If the date or time of your graduation changes after you have booked your Graduation Gown, simply email info@armstrongandoxford.com and advise us of the new date so we can update your booking. Late Order: In the event you’re late to the party. It is usually possible to attend on the day of your graduation and simply hire your robe on site. However check the information you received from your institution, as a small number of institutions can’t facilitate this option. If you have not pre-booked your robe, please attend a little earlier on the day of graduation and our staff will help you. Payment can be made on graduation day using all major debit or credit cards. Extended Hire: On such a special occasion it is natural to want to continue to enjoy the event for as long as possible. The normal hire fee is usually for the ceremony and reception. If you opt for our Extended Hire return bag, you can use it to return the robes to us. Please note there will be an extra hire fee to pay, payable at time of collection.
