I was met by friendly, courteous staff on the day. The cap and gown were a comfortable fit. The online ordering is very easy and straight forward, even for people who may not be au-fait with online ordering. All in all a very satisfactory system and service. Many thanks for same.

The first staff member I was dealing with was abrupt and unhelpful as I had not gotten my seat number from the college before going to the robing desk however I had a different staff member after I went back and got my college ticket. She was extremely helpful and friendly and congratulated me and wished me a lovely graduation which was such a nice touch and really picked up my mood. The robe quality is excellent but there was a lack of consistency with how far forward or back the attached material was. Some people had theirs quite forward and appearing low on front and others higher up. This was probably made more obvious by the fact the postgraduate attachment is only one side and a number of stripes made it noticeable they were all put on differently. Overall excellent smooth service
