Very polite and patient staff. Even though I was one of the last few people to collect my robe the staff were efficient but still took the time to ensure it was perfect and that I was happy with how it looked. On returning my robe I was greeted by the lady who fitted it for me who remembered me and asked about how I got on in the ceremony. Overall I was very impressed with the personal touch despite the number of people that A&O would have dealt with over the course of the day.
